Personalised Tours
Some day tours can seem like a cross country race, with drivers and guides moving quickly along to the next place or attraction, without enough time for you to enjoy places you wanted to explore more, or something you really wanted to do.
At Mountain Trek Adventures, we believe the destination is not the journey!
Because we keep our groups small, our tours are more adaptable, so if you'd like to spend more time somewhere on your tour, then we'll do our best to oblige.
For example, you might decide you'd like spend more time for shopping and gifts, or you'd like to linger at the wine tasting. Or you're waiting a few minutes to get just the right light for that definitive "National Geographic" look photo.
Perhaps you or your children are captivated by bird feeding or the Alpaca Farm. Or you'd prefer an extended interpretive guided walk through the rainforest, or to stop, observe and photograph wildlife that we see along the way.
(Just as importantly, you might decide you've had enough of a particular place or attraction and would prefer to move on, we can do that too.)

Then ask us about our custom day tours to places a little further afield. For example, shopping and sightseeing tours to Brisbane, or winery tours in the Scenic Rim on the "Strange Birds" wine trail.

Custom Extended Tours
Sometimes one day isn't enough to explore the region, so we can also design extended two day and longer tours based on your preferences, to places like Killarney and the Condamine Gorge in the Scenic Rim, North Stradbroke Island in the Moreton Bay Marine Park, or venture south into New South Wales, to the surfing meccas of Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina.
